Visit to the Allergist

After driving back from Shaver Lake yesterday, I remembered I had my allergy appointment today. They subjected me to allergy testing and I can not believe I am not allergic to anything they tested me on. Oh well, no change in my basic allergy medication at this time. However, I did receive a new diagnosis of exercise-induced asthma and that appears to be why I have such difficulty breathing during jogging and hiking. I can’t wait to try my new inhaler to see if it makes a difference.
