Our Next President Barack Obama!

I can't believe I am crying. I never realized how apathetic I have felt about politics, the presidency, our country. It seemed pointless to expect hope in a better future. It is true that when you feel hopeless it is hard to even imagine what hope feels like. However, tonight I feel hope. I am proud to be an American tonight. Not only have I lived to experience the first African-American president, I finally feel we have a president we can respect.

That is all I want to say tonight. I just want to enjoy this new feeling of hope and pride in America.
